About Us

My name is Jason Bynum. I have been a Career Counselor and Coach in higher education since 2015. I spent many years trying to figure out what I wanted to do professionally, and I remember how challenging that process was. Once I found that there are people out there who help you discover what you want to do, I decided I wanted to be that person. I found my passion is helping others navigate the world of employment. The most important step on that journey is finding out what you are passionate about doing and figuring out how to get there.

I have spent my career developing and implementing techniques to assist people with creating individualized career and academic plans. I have created an interview preparation program that has seen a more than 90 percent success rate among job seekers. I am dedicated to the success of everyone in their chosen path. It is easy to be successful doing something you love. Let me help you discover what it is that you love to do.

  I’m Bob Burnett, a Career Advisor. While my total career experience spans more than half a century, for the past twenty-five years, I have been helping people discover their futures and develop plans to achieve their goals. In that role, I operated a career consulting firm, as well as working in two colleges as a career advisor. Now, retired, I find great satisfaction in sharing the knowledge acquired

For the first twenty-five years of my adult life, I worked in an industry in which I’d been born. I knew it was not what I wanted. That, really, is the reason I found my passion in helping others choose what they want rather than accepting a career that is simply available. I have devoted most of the past twenty years to learning and practicing the best methods for helping people make the right career choice.

As one wonderful consequence of following that passion, I tell people I haven’t really worked in the last twenty years, simply because I’m doing exactly what I want to do! I want everyone to experience that.
